Coconut Flour

Our Coconut Flour is produced from fresh coconut meat after most of the milk and oil have been extracted. The remaining pulp is dried at controlled temperatures and finely milled into a soft, light flour with a subtle natural sweetness. It is naturally gluten-free and grain-free, high in dietary fibre and lower in carbohydrates than wheat flour, meeting strong demand from free-from, keto and health-focused product lines. Because coconut flour is highly absorbent, it is used at lower inclusion rates than wheat, offering formulation efficiency. It also functions as a natural thickener and binder. Available in bulk for bakery, snack and nutrition manufacturers, and in retail packs for distributors and private label brands.
